Yang has been creating products since he was 15 years old with a passion for problems that affect the quality of life for everyday people. Before founding KitchenMate, he was the CPO at Opencare, where he designed products to connect patients with the best healthcare professionals. He is a University of Toronto alum where he studied computer science.

Aditya is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, engineer and foodie. At KitchenMate, he's got his eye on the details. Before KitchenMate, he built robots at Google X, co-founded BufferBox (acquired by Google), is a YC alum and graduated from the University of Waterloo's Mechatronics Engineering program.

Sam makes sure KitchenMate operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Prior to KitchenMate, Sam was a business analyst at Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, and Deutsche Bank but her real love was founding and operating two successful restaurants and a catering company.

Pooja Mansukhani

Food Safety and Regulatory Manager

Pooja has spent most of her career as a Registered Dietitian directing students at university campuses toward nutritious food options to help fuel their busy lifestyles. She has also managed food safety for the entire supply chain at these sites. Outside of KitchenMate, she teaches in the School of Nutrition at Toronto Metropolitan University and has a private counselling practice specialized in sports nutrition and pre and post-natal health.

Starting out as a young line cook in the GTA’s top restaurants, Eric has grown into being a leading culinary voice for some of Canada’s top foodservice companies. Prior to joining KitchenMate, his passion for product and recipe development has landed him roles as Corporate Executive Chef for Compass Group Canada and Sysco Central Ontario.
