How much are KitchenMate Hot Entrees?

Hot Entrees range from $10 to $15. No extra fees, no tips, no extra work! We strive to provide the best value and convenience compared to delivery, takeout, and meal prep boxes, without compromising on quality and portion sizes.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the kiosk we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We accept debit cards via the KitchenMate Mobile App only. Pro tip: You can tap your smartwatch at the kiosk to pay for your meals.

How do I get a KitchenMate kiosk for my location?

KitchenMate is a great 24-hour solution for workplaces, condos, apartments, colleges, and hospitals. We’ll collaborate with you to assess your needs and develop a customized solution that suits your space, including the number of kiosks and customized subsidy programs. Reach out to us to get your custom proposal!

How big is the kiosk? What are the other technical requirements?

Our modular system is designed to support the needs of your site and easily fit into high foot-traffic areas to maximize customer convenience. All that’s needed for setup is 7 square-feet, standard electrical, and an internet connection!

Can I sample your menu?

Yes definitely! We offer one-hour menu tastings at our headquarters or partner locations. We can also deliver a Demo Box to you, which includes a variety of our menu items for you to try in the convenience of your premises. We recommend an in-person menu tasting as you and your team can enjoy the full KitchenMate experience, including unlocking the Smart Fridge, cooking the meals in our Smart Cookers, and trying the delicious food!
